
Diary of a Food Courier
The food delivery services are a current phenomenon in the restaurant industry. The mini exhibition at the Hotel and Restaurant Museum looks at the work of couriers from their own perspective. What is a typical working day like for a food courier, or is there such a thing? What are the conditions under which a courier works? Are there any challenges or joys in the job?
The mini exhibition is based on a documentation of the work of food couriers, which will be carried out in 2024 and 2025. In cooperation with the Service Sector Trade Union PAM and PAM Couriers Finland.
The mini exhibition is on display at the Hotel and Restaurant Museum 7.10.2025-11.1.2026.
