The ticket sale and the entrance to the museum will close half an hour before the museum closes.
Group visits are possible on weekdays also between 9:00 and 11:00. Book a guided tour in advance via varaukset(at)hotellijaravintolamuseo.fi / +358 44 7474106 (weekdays between 9:00 and 15:00).
The museum is closed on the following public holidays:
- New Year’s Day 1 January
- Good Friday and Easter Monday
- May Day 1 May
- Midsummer weekend from Friday to Sunday
- Independence Day 6 December
- Christmas 24–26 December
- New Year’s Eve 31 December

Smartum can not be used to purchase a combined ticket to all Cable factory museum, nor can it be used to purchase a Museum card at the Hotel- and restaurantmuseum.
Museum card:
We accept Museum card. The card gives access to 300 Finnish museums.
Helsinki Card:
The Helsinki Card includes admission to museums and other attractions in Helsinki.

Culture Companion
We are a part of the Culture Companion program coordinated by HelsinkiMissio together with Helsinki city. The Culture Companion program is intended for residents in Helsinki who find it difficult to go to cultural events on their own. The Culture Companion program is free for participants.
